TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ensure the maintenance and continual alignment to all processes and procedures as captured in the Outsourcing ISO procedures manual
Ensure that all processes governing the operations of Outsourcing department are followed
Update Agreements schedule for renewals - separating obsolete files trom active files and assist in the drafting of new service level agreements for review and submission
Canvass for new business for HR Outsourcing (Outsourcing, Payroll Services and Payroll Audit, Recruitment, Training etc.) to generate revenue
Prepare business proposals and related PowerPoint presentations on all the services offered by the Outsourcing department for prospective clients for internal review before submission.
Prepare cost templates and related cost benefit analysis for negotiations for all services related to HR
Outsourcing department
Manage any and all assigned outsourcing client companies and their respective staff effectively
Prepare and ensure invoices for assigned outsourced client companies are submitted per agreed schedule on a monthly basis as per respective service level agreements
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Degree holder in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Problem-solving skill
Respect for confidentiality
Good organizational skills
Ability to work with people from different backgrounds
