Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and has a passion for human resources.
Key Responsibilities: -
Knowledge of recruitment and selection.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork and facilitating orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). - Assist with the development of HR policies, procedures, and training materials. - Participate in employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Conduct research on HR best practices and trends.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and handling correspondence.
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing support for HR-related issues.
- Participate in additional HR projects as needed. Qualifications:*
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. - Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus, but not necessary.
