Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years HR experience, preferably in FMCG or a fast-paced retail or distribution environment.
• Experience in a branch or multi-site HR role is a plus.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for branch-level positions.
- Liaise with line managers to identify staffing needs.
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for all branch employees.
- Resolve workplace issues and conflicts professionally and confidentially.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through engagement activities.
Performance Management
- Monitor staff performance and ensure timely completion of appraisals.
- Support line managers in goal setting, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Address underperformance through structured HR interventions.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs at the branch and coordinate with HQ for implementation.
- Organize periodic workshops and development programs.
Compliance & HR Administration
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (attendance, leave, files).
- Manage HR documentation and payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance.
Disciplinary & Grievance Handling
- Lead or support investigations and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure timely resolution of grievances as per company procedures.
HR Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and submit periodic HR reports to Head Office.
- Track HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and hiring rates.
