-HND or Technical education in Air-condition and refrigeration engineering.
-More than 3 years working experience in the hotel and commercial restaurant cold room settings.
-Hotel background is a plus.
-Experience in microsoft office application.( excel )

Description
Repair and service restaurant bloody chiller,non bloody chiller and freezer.
-Check leakages on refrigerant pipes and fix
-Inspect and defrost ice buildup in chiller condenser or evaporator
- Supervise installation restaurant cold-rooms
-Prepare weekly store report on cold rooms to maintenance HOD.
-Attend to restaurant emergencies on their chillers ( bloody chiller,non bloody chiller and freezer)
-Assist the air-condition team during quarterly servicing of store air conditions.
-Train team members of proper usage of the store chillers(bloody chiller,non bloody chiller and freezer)
