BSc in Chemical Engineering (preferably KNUST).
MBA (preferably GIMPA) is an advantage.
Minimum 15–18 years’ experience in oil & gas chemical supply.
Proven experience on FPSO chemical contracts (Tullow Jubilee/TEN).
Certifications: BOSIET, NEBOSH, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
Deep knowledge of West African oil & gas operations.

Description
Technical Requirements (Duties)
- Serve as the single point of accountability for contract delivery and FPSO chemical management.
- Oversee supply, storage, and utilization of commodity chemicals for offshore operations.
- Manage client relationships (e.g., Tullow) and ensure contract compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (operations, logistics, QA/QC, HSE).
- Monitor contract performance, KPIs, and service delivery standards.
- Lead reporting, audits, and stakeholder communications.
- Drive continuous improvement in chemical supply chain and operations.
