Coordinate the activities between staff at your duty post and report to the Branch Manager on all issues concerning the staff and the operations of the post.
Ensure that workers use the prescribed Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - uniform, boots, nose masks, apron and noise absorbers, etc.
Ensure that staff observe and obey client company safety rules and regulations.
Control the movement of staff on the plant and ensure every staff member is identified by the ID card or as per client regulations
Monitor the actual job done by outsourced workforce as well as direct reports regularly.
Collect all time sheets from the appropriate department or supervisor and transmit them promptly as is demanded.
Ensure proper management of attendance and maintenance of attendance books.
Ensure there are no delays in the administrative and operational aspects of your duties.
At all times, ensure every staff at your designated post has a file at the Head Office containing all the necessary documents.
Always relay ALL information concerning the workers and the clients to your supervisor, be it verified or confirmed or unverified or unconfirmed.
Provide support for bank account opening for workers
Coordinate activities regarding the staff capturing of SSNIT, NIA, other statutory numbers
Undertake business development activities to sign on new businesses
Review and monitor KPI activities of direct reports and represent at KPI-related meetings as required
Report daily, weekly and monthly occurrences to Branch Manager/HRBP/Head of Operations, HR Outsourcing as may be required
