JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for conducting comprehensive data analysis and providing actionable insights to support marketing strategies and decision-making. The role reports to the Marketing Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Analyses sales funnels and customer intent.


• Reports on marketing Key Performance Indicators such as leads, conversion rates, website traffic and social media engagement.


• Tracks email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates).


• Monitors budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns.


• Conducts competitive research and analyzes benchmarking data.


• Recommends website and campaign optimizations.


• Researches and implements marketing tools to support the organisation’s promotional projects (automation software, social media scheduling etc).


• Works closely with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new client acquisition.

PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.


• Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing strategies and objectives.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
