A leading Ghanaian research and consulting firm, is seeking dynamic and skilled professionals to

Purpose: ​

To act as the primary liaison between Delinks Services and clients, ensuring seamless 

communication, project alignment, and high satisfaction through tailored solutions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

∙Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and project 

satisfaction.  

∙Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects and 

deliverables.  

∙Develop strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and 

long-term partnerships.  

∙Facilitate client briefings, project kick-offs, and feedback meetings.  

∙Monitor project progress and proactively address client concerns or scope changes.  

∙Prepare client reports, status updates, and invoices in collaboration with project leads. 

Qualifications: 

∙Strong background in client relations, business development, or account management. 

∙Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 

∙Experience in consulting, research, or B2B services preferred.
