Key Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Support: Assist in the production of goods by performing tasks such as assembling, packing, and inspecting products.
-Machine Operation, Operate machinery and equipment under guidance, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and production standards.
- Material Handling:
Load and unload materials and products, ensuring proper storage and organization within the factory.
- **Quality Control:** Monitor product quality during the manufacturing process, identifying and reporting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and organized, assisting with routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery as needed.
- Documentation: Complete daily production logs and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
-Team Collaboration:Work effectively as part of a team, communicating openly and supporting coworkers to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
- Education:High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment is a plus but not required.
- Skills:
- Basic math and literacy skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet production deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Physical Requirements:
