Candidates must have a B.Sc.or M.Sc. in Pharmacy, Chemstry or Pharmaceutical Sciences with at least 3 years of pharmaceutical/Chemical industry experience. Technical expertise in solid, semi-solid, liquid dosage forms manufacturing, GMP experimental design and statistical analysis desired. (Only candidates with the required qualification and experience should apply).

The incumbent will manage and lead a manufacturing team, by directing daily manufacturing (production, filling and packaging) activities; training and developing employees to deliver quality products; reviewing production records; and administering standard operating procedures.

Ensure that cost criteria are met. Review and develop improvements to existing processes. Ensure availability of product and components to meet production goals. Provide support for validation and calibration assessments and line clearance.
