Our client in the Construction Industry requires a dynamic and experienced Head of QA/QC & Planning
to lead the development and implementation of robust quality management and planning systems
across our construction sites. This position is NOT for Ghanaian candidates. Expatriate ONLY.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and oversee company-wide QA/QC systems from site installation to handover.
Lead project planning efforts to track progress, flag delays, and drive performance.
Provide regular project reports to the CEO and collaborate closely with the CFO and Head of
Construction.
Manage and mentor the QA/QC team across multiple sites.
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to uphold quality and
compliance.
Qualifications:
• At least 10 years’ Construction work experience in QAQC & Planning
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools and quality standards.
