HND/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in construction, engineering, or heavy equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse software.
Experience handling heavy-duty machinery parts, tools, and technical items is a strong advantage.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Description
Role Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of parts, materials, and equipment. The role requires strong leadership, excellent organisation skills, and deep understanding of heavy-duty machinery parts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate stock management, inventory updates, and regular cycle counts.
- Supervise warehouse staff and allocate tasks to meet operational demands.
- Maintain proper records for machinery parts, tools, consumables, and construction materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety policies, proper handling of heavy equipment, and housekeeping standards.
- Monitor stock levels and work with procurement to reorder items as required.
- Implement and enforce warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Coordinate with workshop, service, and logistics teams to support operational needs.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on warehouse performance and inventory status.
- Ensure the proper functioning, calibration, and security of warehouse equipment and storage systems.
Skills & Competencies
- Knowledge of warehouse health & safety standards.
- Ability to operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment (added advantage).
- Strong data entry and reporting skills.
- Team leadership and staff supervision capabilities.
