The Programs Associate will support the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects within the investment company. The role involves working closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project leads to ensure timely delivery of program objectives, while maintaining high standards of reporting, analysis, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Coordination & Execution
Support the implementation of investment-related programs and initiatives
Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder activities
Track progress and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
2. Research & Analysis
Conduct market and industry research to support investment programs
Analyze data and prepare insights for decision-making
Assist in evaluating project performance and impact
3. Stakeholder Management
Liaise with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders
Support communication and relationship management efforts
Coordinate meetings, workshops, and program events
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare program reports, presentations, and briefs
Maintain accurate records of project activities and outcomes
Track KPIs and provide regular updates to management
5. Administrative & Operational Support
Assist in budgeting, procurement, and logistics for program activities
Manage schedules, documentation, and communications
Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements
