The Account Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate accounting records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role requires hands-on experience with Tally ERP and an understanding of accounting practices within the food flavor or manufacturing industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions in Tally ERP


• Prepare and maintain accurate ledgers, journals, and financial statements


• Monitor accounts payable and receivable


• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly


• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports


• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies


• Support internal and external audits


• Track inventory-related financial transactions (especially relevant to food flavor/raw materials)


• Collaborate with production and quality teams on cost tracking and variance analysis


• Handle tax-related documentation and statutory filings
