Description
- Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Plan, organize, and manage food and beverage services in line with company standards.
- Develop and implement menus, ensuring quality, variety, and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain high hygiene and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and supplier relationships to prevent shortages and wastage.
- Control costs, budgets, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Enforce health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to improve workflow and service delivery.
- Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to make informed business decisions.
- Plan and manage events, banquets, and special functions when required.
- Maintain compliance with local regulations and licensing requirements.
