Job Summary
The Production Executive is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of creative and marketing projects at the organization.
This role ensures smooth production workflows, timely delivery of assets, and high-quality outputs across campaigns, events, and content projects.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external vendors to manage schedules, resources, and logistics for all production activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Coordination
• Assist in creating production schedules for campaigns, shoots, and events
• Coordinate with creative, accounts, and technical teams for timely delivery
• Track project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
2. Resource & Vendor Management
• Coordinate procurement of production materials and resources
• Liaise with vendors, contractors, and freelancers to secure services
• Ensure availability and readiness of equipment, props, and materials
3. Quality Control & Delivery
• Ensure final production outputs meet quality standards and client specifications
• Review assets, materials, and event setups before delivery
• Identify issues and escalate to Production Manager for resolution
4. Scheduling & Workflow Management
• Maintain accurate production calendars and task lists
• Track project progress and report updates to the Production Manager
• Ensure smooth handoff between teams and departments
5. Team Collaboration & Support
• Support the Production Manager in managing production staff and assistants
• Assist with training and onboarding of new production team members
• Foster collaboration across creative, media, and accounts teams
6. Reporting & Documentation
• Maintain records of production schedules, budgets, and resources
• Provide reports on project status, timelines, and issues
• Document lessons learned for process improvements
