Qualifications
BSc in Chemical Engineering (preferably from KNUST) and MBA (GIMPA preferred).
Minimum of 15–18 years’ experience in oil & gas chemical supply operations.
Proven experience managing FPSO chemical contracts (Jubilee/TEN experience is an advantage).
Certifications: BOSIET, NEBOSH, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and operational oversight skills.

Description
- Serve as the single point of accountability for contract delivery and client engagement.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of FPSO chemical supply and management services.
- Coordinate operations, logistics, HSE, and QA/QC teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual KPIs and SLAs.
- Lead performance reviews, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
