Key Responsibilities Reception Duties: Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly front-of-house experience. Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and emails. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Administrative Support: Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors. Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and team activities. Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Assist with onboarding new staff (desk setup, welcome materials, etc.). Maintain office cleanliness and manage bookings for shared spaces. Support the marketing and creative teams with basic administrative tasks. Records and Systems: Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical). Update internal contact lists and administrative logs. Assist with invoicing or expense tracking, if required. Key Requirements Proven experience in a receptionist or admin role (preferably in a creative or marketing environment). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Professional communication and interpersonal skills. Competency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Preferred: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello). Basic understanding of marketing.
