- Greet customers warmly and determine their needs.

- Provide product information and recommend items based on customer preferences.

- Assist customers with inquiries, product selection, and any issues they may encounter.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

- Maintain product displays, ensuring the sales floor is organized, clean, and well-stocked.

- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales goals and targets.

- Handle returns and exchanges as per company policies.

- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.

- Stay informed about current promotions, sales, and product features.

- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing ideas.
