JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant shall be responsible for growing sales and maintaining strong customer relationships across Francophone West Africa and the Landlocked Countries. The role involves finding new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring customers receive quality service to achieve sales and revenue targets.
The role reports to the Head of Sales.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Safeguards and grows revenue across Francophone West Africa and Landlocked Countries through business acquisition and retention.
- Prospects for new leads, pitches solutions, negotiates, and closes deals to meet sales and revenue targets.
- Manages assigned customer accounts, ensuring regular engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Develops and executes account development plans (ADPs) and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Provides accurate sales performance and account data to support business planning and decision-making.
- Coordinates with internal teams (Sales, Technical, and Management) to deliver seamless customer solutions.
- Facilitates timely debt collection and ensures account profitability.
- Monitors customer satisfaction levels and addresses concerns promptly to maintain service quality.
- Identifies innovative ideas and contributes to product development to enhance customer loyalty and business growth.
- Communicates effectively in both English and French with customers, prospects, and strategic partners.
