A leading Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is seeking to recruit a Sales Supervisor to oversee and drive field sales operations within assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and motivate Field Executives to achieve sales targets


• Plan and execute daily and weekly sales routes and activities


• Monitor sales performance and ensure target achievement across assigned territories


• Ensure effective product availability, distribution, and merchandising in all outlets


• Conduct regular market visits and joint field calls with Field Executives


• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses


• Manage distributor relationships and resolve trade-related issues


• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to management


• Enforce company sales policies, procedures, and ethical standards
