JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Job responsibility includes but not limited to;

Responsible for the management of fresh goods (vegetables, fruits, meat, aquatic products, etc.) and the achievement of key business indicators, including commodity procurement, sales supervision, gross profit analysis, loss management, etc.
According to the sales characteristics and characteristics of fresh goods in different seasons, grasp the inventory and turnover days, balance the relationship between sales and inventory, make the purchase plan of goods;
Understand customer needs and assist in the development and implementation of relevant promotional programs;
Responsible for the quality management of fresh and fresh commodities to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards;
Familiar with the key control points of fresh commodity production and processing, and guide the store to standardize the fresh operation standard;
Develop and optimize fresh supply channels;
Supplier negotiation and contract signing and other related matters.
