Job Duties

* Product listing creation using a variety of software to research keywords and format listings effectively.

* Listing creation on the back-end of amazon.

* Responding to customer emails.

* Create listing data backups in Excel format for ongoing use and edits.

* Create keyword lists.

* Checking health of listings.

* Adjusting listing keywords.

* Checking for keyword indexing

* Monitor Amazon storage fees and make recommendations or edits to listings to resolve any overstock situations.

* Manage customer returns.

* Determines customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.

* Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.

NB: He/she must live around Tema and its environs   

Salary Range:2500-9000
