JOB PURPOSE

To achieve the hotel’s food and beverages revenue target through the delivery of exceptional customer service, efficient operations of the restaurant, bar and lounge and effective supervision of employees.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. To develop and implement strategies for the Food and Beverage outlet that support achievement of the hotel’s revenue target.


2. Develop the annual budget in conjunction with the Finance Manager/Financial Controller and the General Manager.


3. To communicate and reinforce the Hotel’s service standards and expectation to supervisors and employees.
