 Ensure till machines are all in good working condition at all times and report any one malfunctioning to Branch Supervisor with follow up to ensure they are fixed  Have working knowledge to operate machines at the till, use computer, Bank POS, printers etc  Have high product knowledge and able to answer customer questions and queries at the till  Demonstrate a cheerful attitude while managing Branch Points of Sales for processing payments  Responsible for processing sales and collecting and managing cash at the till  Ensure till area is kept clean and tidy at all times  Refer grievances/complaints immediately to Branch Supervisor for appropriate redress whilst attending to other customers in queue  Have capacity to multitask, possess interpersonal skills, good communication and customer service skills, ability to work under pressure and be approachable  Must ensure customers are served at the till with a pleasant and impressive disposition before they leave the shop  Must ensure there is adequate/appropriate change at the till at all times to meet customer demands without fail  Must assist in all customer service duties including cleaning the shop, receiving, merchandizing and attending to any duties whenever there are no customers to attend to at the till.  Undertake any other duties periodically assigned by Management
