• Assist customers by providing product information and recommendations.


• Greet and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.


• Maintain proper display and arrangement of products on shelves.


• Process sales transactions accurately (cash, POS, or mobile payments).


• Restock shelves and ensure products are always available.


• Keep the store clean, organized, and presentable at all times.


• Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the supervisor.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.


• Support promotional activities and sales campaigns.


• Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
