Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM tools.
Provide feedback to internal teams regarding customer needs and market trends.
Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and promote products/services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
1–3 years of sales experience (industry-specific experience is a plus).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
