We are looking for a confident and motivated professional with strong communication and negotiation skills, who is comfortable engaging directly with clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will actively manage customer relationships, close transactions, and contribute to the company’s sales growth and market expansion.

• Engage clients through calls, meetings, and property inspections to understand their needs and provide solutions.


• Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements to ensure fair and transparent transactions.


• Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and repeat customers to ensure client satisfaction and future sales.


• Maintain accurate records of sales leads, client accounts, and outcomes.


• Achieve agreed sales targets within set timelines.


• Conduct market research to monitor competitors, identify opportunities, and improve sales strategies.


• Support and coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.


• Prepare and present reports on customer needs, issues, and potential new avenues for business growth.


• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and conferences when required.

• Business / Marketing/sales background required.
