Sales & Revenue Generation

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets


• Promote and sell the company’s range of wines, spirits, and related products


• Identify new business opportunities within assigned territories


• Drive the business growth agenda by expanding outlet coverage, ensuring effective implementation of the Route-to-Market strategy, and identifying new business opportunities.


• Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and adjust tactics for maximum impact.

2. Distributor & Key Account Management

• Build and maintain strong, sustainable relationships with key distributors (3rd-Party partners) and large accounts.


• Manage distributor performance against agreed execution standards and contractual terms, ensuring mutual business growth.


• Collaborate with partners to optimize order management, logistics support, and in-market execution.

3. Trade Marketing & In-Market Execution

• Guarantee that execution standards including pricing, product placement, promotions, and branding are implemented flawlessly in every outlet.


• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local trade promotions and activations.


• Ensure all outlets are aware of and adhere to agreed trade and payment terms.

 

4. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain relationships with Retail outlets (liquor stores, supermarkets), Bars, pubs, and restaurants (on-trade), wholesalers and distributors


• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
