A professional qualification and/or postgraduate qualification in Marketing and/or Sales will be an added advantage. Proven track record of successful sales of apartments and/or houses. Minimum of 7 years post-national service work experience in sales, preferably within the real estate sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build rapport with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients. Results-oriented with demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets. High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer-centricity.
