Technical Requirements (Duties)
1. Develop and implement zonal sales plans aligned with national commercial strategy.
2. Drive onboarding of individual wallet customers, merchants, and bulk payment partners within the assigned Zone.
3. Achieve zonal revenue, transaction volume, and customer acquisition targets.
4. Ensure adequate agent coverage, visibility, onboarding, reactivation, and productivity across the Zone.
5. Supervise Trade Developers and Promoters, set clear performance targets, and conduct coaching and performance evaluations.
6. Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent liquidity, branding compliance, service standards, and operational efficiency.
7. Ensure effective utilization of CRM systems, maintain accurate pipeline records, and submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
8. Build and manage business relationships, negotiate agreements within the Zone, and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
