* Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field * 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile industry. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn about new vehicles. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record is a plus.

* Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Sell new and used vehicles to customers, ensuring a positive purchasing experience.
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving concerns.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle features, benefits and technical specifications.
* Arrange and accompany customers on test drives.
* Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers.
* Complete sales paperwork, maintain sales records and perform other administrative tasks.
