We are seeking an experienced and dynamic trainer to deliver comprehensive training programs on our Integrated Tax Administration System. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of tax systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively train diverse groups of learners.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver training modules for various user groups, including tax officials, administrators,support staff and taxpayer representatives / taxpayers.
Create training materials, such as user guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
Conduct hands-on workshops and training sessions, both in-person and virtually.
Assess trainee progress and provide feedback to ensure comprehension and proficiency.
Collaborate with IT and tax policy teams to stay updated on system enhancements and updates.
Troubleshoot and resolve training-related issues and queries.
