The Role: As a Pre-School Teacher at We-Best International School, you will be responsible for:

• Creating and implementing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our curriculum and educational philosophy.


• Providing a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.


• Nurturing the social and emotional development of each child, encouraging positive interactions and self-expression.


• Observing and assessing children's progress, identifying individual needs, and providing tailored support.


• Communicating effectively with parents/guardians about their child's development, progress, and daily activities.


• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.


• Maintaining accurate records of attendance, observations, and incidents.


• Participating in professional development opportunities and staff meetings.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pre-School Teacher or in a similar early childhood education role.


• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or Bachelor's Degree in Education, or Montessori certification, etc.].


• A strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.


• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.


• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.


• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


• First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).


• Knowledge of the GES curriculum.
