The Telesales Officer is responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via telephone to promote the company's products or services, generate leads, and drive sales. This role focuses on persuasive communication, understanding customer needs, and closing deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact prospective and existing customers by telephone to promote products or services.


• Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to generate new business.


• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and convincingly.


• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions or alternatives.


• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.


• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.


• Handle customer objections effectively and resolve queries in a professional manner.


• Schedule appointments or forward promising leads to field sales representatives when needed.


• Stay informed on product updates, company promotions, and competitor offerings.


• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
