CDH Insurance Ghana would become NSIA Ghana from Thursday, February 18, due to the acquisition of 80 per cent shares in the company by Ivorian-base NSIA Insurance and Banking Group.
A source close to a strategic meeting of heads of NSIA Group from 11 African countries in Accra, told journalists that the remaining 20 per cent
shares in CDH Holdings were now in the hands of individual Ghanaian shareholders.
Mr. Martin Djedjes, Director-General, Banking wing of NSIA Group said the company would outline its vision for Ghana at the formal launch on
Thursday.
The NSIA Group is made up of 18 insurance companies and banks.
