Bloomspace, an organisation dedicated to uplifting women entrepreneurs, has hosted the Intentional Women's Business Seminar at the University of Ghana.
This event gathered over 100 participants for discussions on entrepreneurship, resilience, and strategies towards overcoming challenges in the business landscape.
The participants engaged in conversations, shared insights and formed connections among women leaders and aspiring entrepreneurs.
Notable speakers included Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the National Youth Authority, Osman Abdulai Ayariga, who highlighted the critical importance of women's empowerment and the proactive steps that women were taking towards achieving success.
The seminar featured an inspiring competition that led to four women entrepreneurs receiving prizes, including cash donations and mentorship of Boomspace.
The winners expressed deep gratitude for the support, sharing their stories of resilience and determination.
Two recipients engaged in thrift clothing stated, "be determined to succeed no matter the challenges confronting your business. Your success starts with you and how you invest in your business."
They commended FirstBank, which supported the event, for investing in women empowerment. Their testimonials reflect the profound impact of Bloomspace’s seminar.
FirstBank played a vital role in the initiative, affirming its commitment to empowering women through specialised products and services.
