The match day ten of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Normalisation Committee (NC) Special Competition will be honoured as scheduled, contrary to reports that the matches have been cancelled.
The reports, were as a result of the decision by the Referees Association of Ghana (RAG), to boycott the matches due to unpaid allowances of the referees.
This follows a meeting between Mr. Isaac Kwame Asiamah, Minister for Youth and Sports and RAG over the issue on Tuesday, morning.
Information gathered by the GNA Sports indicates that, the minister assured the referees that, their unpaid allowances would be paid, hence the decision to rescind their decision.
He expressed appreciation to the referees for their understanding cooperation adding that their services would never be taken for granted.
