Running from May 15 to May 28, 2025, the campaign invites users to refer their friends to Binance through a limited-time activity referral link. To keep the celebration rooted in crypto's origin story, Binance selected BTC as the reward currency and capped the combined reward at $40 per referrer-referral pair. Both the referrer and the invitee can unlock a Pizza Box reward worth up to $20 in BTC, with top-performing referrers being eligible to earn up to $5,000 in BTC token vouchers each. With $5 million in total BTC pizza rewards, this campaign represents Binance's biggest effort to reward and onboard the next wave of crypto users.

To extend the celebration beyond the promotion, Binance is organizing Pizza Day-themed community events in cities across Asia, Europe, South America, and Africa. Activities will range from fielding branded pizza trucks in Almaty (Kazakhstan) and Johannesburg (South Africa) to in-person gatherings in cities such as Dubai (UAE), Bordeaux (France), Buenos Aires (Argentina), and more. These events will offer a mix of learning, engagement, and community-building, with free pizza offered alongside the chance to win Binance-branded swag and other rewards.

In parallel, Binance is launching a range of online and social channel activities to engage users across digital platforms. These include a global social media contest inviting users to share stories of their first crypto transaction, as well as gamified community challenges on Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. On Binance Square, Pizza Day will be marked by a Level Up campaign for new users and a #BinancePizza posting challenge for all users, where participants can try the new Trade Sharing tool to share verified crypto trades they've made and earn rewards from a BNB prize pool worth $6,000.

On May 22, Bitcoin Pizza Day itself, Binance leaders will come together with the global community for a special livestream exploring the evolution of Bitcoin, the future of crypto, and the cultural significance of Pizza Day.
