The ceremony was on the theme: “Honouring Loyalty, Appreciating you”.

The awardees included banks, insurance companies and individuals.

Mrs Lizzy-Ann Kwagbedzi, Chief Operations Officer for McDan Group, commended the company for providing quality, timely and responsive customer service- a feat that had contributed to the company’s astronomical and resilient growth for almost four decades.

KRIF Ghana Limited is a company well known for the supply of office tools such as binders and laminators, safes.

Reverend Kennedy Okosun, the Executive Chairman of the KRIF Group of Companies, said the business, in almost four decades had withstood the test of time including the COVID-19 pandemic and its associated lockdown.

Rev Okosun noted that, the resilience of the company, was in the quest to offer quality customer service, products in an uncompromising atmosphere coupled with integrity and the fear of God.

“From the very beginning, KRIF Ghana made a pledge never to put anything in the hands of our customers that we would not proudly use ourselves. This uncompromising stance on quality has been the bedrock of our operations.

Rev Okosun said the partnership with companies that produced quality equipment such as Olympia, Herlitz had contributed to customer trust and success of the company.

Recipients of the Krif loyalty awards included Apex Insurance, Zenith Bank and Arocha Ghana.
