Saltpond is a town located in the Central Region of Ghana, specifically in the Mfantsiman Municipal District. It's situated along the Atlantic coast, approximately 45 kilometers east of Cape Coast, the regional capital. The town has a population of around 24,689 people and is known for its offshore crude oil resources, agricultural activities, fishing industry, and beautiful beach resorts.
