An insurance brokerage company is offering opportunities for qualified individuals (preferably females) to join its Sales and Marketing Department to contribute to and support corporate growth as Business Development Executives.

 

Key Accountabilities:

• Prospect new clients and close business opportunities to maximize commission income and meet company’s objectives.


• Conduct market research to assist the department in developing appropriate marketing strategies


• Sell Company’s services and products directly to corporate and individual clients.


• Coordinate and work closely with appropriate departments to ensure customer satisfaction and incident resolution.


• Manage sales pipeline to ensure accurate and adequate leads flow to reach targeted sales objectives


• Monitor insurance claims of your clients to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer.


• Manage social media platforms


• Prepare sales and inventory reports for the Head of Sales and Marketing
