The Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, and services across digital platforms. The role focuses on enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, generating leads, and managing the organization's social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Manage daily operations of the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across all digital channels.
Plan and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and CRM communications.
Optimize company websites and landing pages for SEO and manage Google Ads campaigns.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance metrics (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Promotions).
Support event promotions, webinars, product launches, and corporate communication activities online.
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing and social media trends and best practices.
Key Skills and Competencies:
Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM tools.
Expertise in social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite).
Solid understanding of content creation, copywriting, and brand messaging.
Knowledge of basic graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite is a plus).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and trends.
