The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital campaigns, managing content across platforms, and enhancing engagement with prospective students and stakeholders.
Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
Plan and implement digital marketing strategies to promote professional programs.
Run paid advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to meet enrollment and branding KPIs.
Content Development
Create, curate, and manage engaging content (text, images, videos) for website, social media, and email newsletters.
Collaborate with the programs team to generate promotional materials, flyers, and announcements.
Ensure consistent branding and tone of voice across all platforms.
Website & SEO Management
Update program pages and landing pages regularly with accurate and compelling content.
Apply SEO best practices to increase organic visibility and lead generation.
Communication & Engagement
Respond to inquiries via social media and email in a timely and professional manner.
Support online and offline communication efforts, including webinars, info sessions, and alumni engagement.
Coordinate communication calendars to ensure timely updates about application deadlines, event dates, and results.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and report performance metrics across channels (engagement, conversion, reach, etc.).
Provide insights and recommendations for improving digital outreach and enrollment conversion.
