EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Experience in digital products, tech-driven platforms is an advantage.
REQUIREMENTS
• Experience promoting or supporting sales of digital or subscription-based products.
• Good understanding of digital tools, social media platforms, and online marketing strategies.
• Basic experience running online ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
• Good presentation and product demonstration abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant CRM/digital marketing tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Basic negotiation or customer handling skills.
• Knowledge of the real estate, property management, or access solutions industry is a plus but not required.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Description
Our client, a global leader in access solutions, is seeking to hire an experienced DIGITAL MARKETER to promote and drive sales of its Digital Access Solutions.
ROLE PROFILE
The successful candidate will be responsible for calling distributors, end users, architects, consultants, system integrators, installers, and more. The job holder will be promoting and selling the full range of our clients’ Digital and Access Solution products for all retail, commercial, and project purposes.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote the company’s digital products and services.
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging, consistent, and brand-aligned content.
- Support the execution of paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate leads and boost awareness.
- Create and manage a content calendar including posts, simple videos, blogs, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform marketing decisions.
- Create simple and engaging content that explains how the company’s digital solutions work.
- Work with the sales and product teams to support online promotional campaigns and customer outreach.
- Help grow and manage online communities made up of distributors, installers, and end users.
- Support SEO activities to improve website visibility and traffic.
- Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Assist in creating landing pages, promotional materials, and other digital assets.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and follow-up sequences under supervision.
