Design and deliver a high-quality, flexible curriculum aligned with the Cambridge and IB frameworks.

Monitor and improve teaching standards and student achievement.

Promote a positive learning environment that supports discipline and student development.

Lead staff recruitment, performance management, and professional development.

Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider school community.

Ensure inclusive education, including support for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Manage administrative processes, records, and reporting.

Collaborate with other school leaders to drive continuous improvement.
