Job Summary:
We’re looking for an Assistant F&B Manager to support our F&B team in delivering outstanding service to our guests. You’ll assist with managing daily operations, leading teams, and driving revenue growth in our restaurants, bars, and banqueting services.

Responsibilities:

- Support F&B Manager with daily operations and team management
- Lead and develop F&B teams for excellent service
- Manage inventory, orders, and costs
- Coordinate events and banquets for guest satisfaction
- Ensure food safety, hygiene, and compliance
