Description
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
A – Marketing Plan
- Assist in developing the S&M plan with a marketing communications plan and budget
- Work with the team towards achieving the hotel’s financial and non-financial objectives
- Implement the hotel’s quarterly, monthly and weekly marketing activity plan.
- Suggest innovative and creative strategies to give the hotel a competitive edge in the market
- Undertake regular marketing analytics and market intelligence gathering activities
B – CRM – Direct marketing
- Compile a database of active, dormant and prospective clients in the OTAs, Travel and Tour Agents’ market segment, within the Ghana and ECOWAS (16 Countries) region.
- Develop products and agree special rates and commissions with your assigned
distribution agents - Develop promotions to meet the specific needs of prospective clients within the
ECOWAS region - Coordinate with the distribution agents to develop special products and promotions and advertise same on their respective online channels
- Win 10 new clients from the ECOWAS countries every month
- Ensure all invoices to your clients are submitted to them within 48 hours of
check-out with photocopies properly filed in the respective clients’ file. - Follow up on payments for your accounts as per the Receivables Policy.
- Share monthly statement of account to each client.
C – Google My Business
- Ensure hotel information and management details are up to date through Google My Business.
- Ensure hotel listing amenities, photos, and reviews are up to date.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
D - Hotel Website
- Conduct regular audits of our profile on the various company websites to verify that hotel is optimized for high quality custom images, content, links, and accurate translations.
- Monitor and review traffic using web analytics platform to make recommendations on content and how to direct people to the site.
