1.Identify training and development needs within the organisation
2. Manage the delivery of training and development programmes
3. Evaluate training and development programmes
4. Conduct induction and onboarding programmes
5. Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, attending relevant programmes and seminars
6. Ensure that ISO 9001 and ISO 45001competence and training requirements are met
7. Work closely with HODs to develop employee personal development plans and ensuring implementation, tracking and reporting of same
8. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of the Graduate Trainee Programme to ensure the objectives of the programme are met

QUALIFICATION

• A degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant discipline


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the area of Training and Development
