JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resource function in the Organisation. He/she will focus on strengthening performance management, driving employee engagement, ensuring accurate HR records, building an effective learning & development culture, and managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to exit. The role reports to the Managing Director.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Organization’s performance management system.


• Conduct annual training needs assessments and develop a structured training plan.


• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, teamwork and communication.


• Ensure accurate and up to date employee records, contracts and HR documentation.


• Oversee payroll data submission and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies


• Manage end to end recruitment and selection processes to attract high – quality talent.


• Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.


• Support management in organisational development initiatives.


• Provide HR advisory support to management and supervisors.
