• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or related field.
• Professional HR certification (e.g CIHRMP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 - 7 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ghana Labour Laws.
• Experience in performance management systems
• Effective training coordination and facilitation skills
• Strong documentation and record – keeping abilities

JOB PURPOSE:
The successful applicant will provide strategic and operational leadership for the Human Resource function in the Organisation. He/she will focus on strengthening performance management, driving employee engagement, ensuring accurate HR records, building an effective learning & development culture, and managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to exit. The role reports to the Managing Director.
ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Organization’s performance management system.
- Conduct annual training needs assessments and develop a structured training plan.
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale, teamwork and communication.
- Ensure accurate and up to date employee records, contracts and HR documentation.
- Oversee payroll data submission and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
- Manage end to end recruitment and selection processes to attract high – quality talent.
- Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices.
- Support management in organisational development initiatives.
- Provide HR advisory support to management and supervisors.
